Welcome to Insomniac's Anonymous.

Hi, my name is Joe, and Im an insomniac. Usually it doesn't happen unless its summer, and....I have nothing to do.

Hi, my name is Justin, and I'm an insomniac.

I know it's not an insomniatic time right now, but I was up until 5am this morning, and up until 6am yesterday morning.

That counts, right?

In any case, it's primarily because it's summer, and because I don't have a job to go to. Also, I like being awake at night because the weather is pretty cool, as compared to the days which have become very hot. It's supposed to be nearly 100 today.

I do have a job with video editing for my sister's school which I just finished, and Im laying bricks down and painting a fence for money, but thats for family so that doesn't count now does it.

I consider myself an insomniac, considering I haven't gotten a full 8 hours of sleep in probably more than 6 months. If I was still a Rant fanatic I would probably be here upwards of 8 hours a day.

Yea, and your still up there in post count.

I haven't had 8 hours of sleep in a while, I usually get 5-6 each night.

I had 3 sleepless nights in just over a week at one point last month.

I'm being an insomniac again, yet I have no company. It's 2:45am, I'm up watching cartoons, and there's nothing new to post on.

So it is almost 6AM here and I just got finished playing Unreal Tournament 2004 and I haven't slept yet. I recently started playing this game, but back in college I spent more time playing the original UT than I did studying.

So I was doing pretty well mercilessly slaughtering the digital representations of real people considering my unsober state and then some dude says "man I'm too stoned for this". And then the guy kicking everyones asses is like "I'm really fucking stoned". And I asked "is everyone here freaking high?" and then half the people there used the built in voice to say "affirmative".

oh yeah and I spent the whole time running around trading "die bitch"s with some guy who fashioned calling himself "Slutcake".

Needless to say, this is the best game ever.
