To be fair, the guy trying to milk money out of Mashburn is the one who is saying he never yelled FORE. Not saying that isn't true, but his recolection of the story could be a little different than what actually happened.

Plus, isn't being on a golf course the same as being in the stands at a baseball game? Don't you assume the "normal" risks when stepping on the course?
