Thumbs down What a dumbass

Now I agree with everything he says about the war, and how pointless it is in the fact that we have lost more people after the war then we did in the war, supposedly major action is ended, but every day we hear of more people dieing. One year, no damn WMD. Is it really there?

But, I do believe that he should stand for the national anthem. Standing for it, is paying tribute for those who paid for the freedo of this country with their lives, for those who fought against tyranny, those we owe much gratitude for the country they allowed to take form.

By not standing, he is saying that he does not pay tribute to those who gave their life, no matter when. By not standing, he is not paying tribute, to those who died just now, in Iraq, in Afghanistan, anyone that has died in the name of this here country.

He is a hpycorite. He says that this war should not be over and that meaningful lives are being lost for the everpursuit of WMD, and yet he does not pay reverence by standing for the national anthem.

It is his right not to stand if he does not want to, but at least have some better reasoning than what he has. If he wishes to protest, there are dozens of other ways to do it, many of what are ten times better then not standing.

das

Bravo for him. Excercising his right to protest. And Since when is "God Bless America" the national anthem? I always thought that the "Star Spangled Banner" was the National Anthem. Oh well...Maybe Shrub changed that like he makes up words

C'Mon. Do we really have to go over this WMD bullshit everytime we talk about the war?!
FOR THE LAST TIME - WMD's was NOT the only reason we went to war with Icrap!!! (Did we forget the 18 U.N. resolutions and the general consensus of every foreign intelligence service - including Russia, France, Germany, Israel, Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan etc..etc..etc...that Icrap had WMD???)
Why is it that the "left" always brings up the WMD's like it trumps the arguement?

No. We didn't find the weapons of mass destruction - maybe we never will, but everyone knows he had them.
Was and is it the right thing to do? Hell fucking YES!!!!

I am for the war - have friends serving there now & have been in my own conflict in Grenada, so I understand the sacrifice, logic and reasoning behind our Presidents decision to take out that hunk of shit Sodomy Hussein and back it 110%!
So will the attitudes of the "left" change if that pole smoker Kerry gets into office because his lame ass tune will change dramatically and he won't have Icrap to use as some kind of tool to win anymore and will be doing exactly what Bush has been doing all along!

Either that or he will make an ass out of the U.S. with his appeasement and bribery ---- we'll be funding Al-Qaeda, Hamas, Islamic jihad and every other goddamn terrorist group that seeks to cut US (as in YOU & ME!) down and with in doing so, will make us even a bigger target because every thug organization will be looking for their "cut".

Let's give it a rest already - because all bullshit aside -- we all know the real truth.

End of Rant.
