Rant Fantasy Hockey this year...

Who's in again this year, or who new wants to get in? Last years was pretty fun and everyone for the most part was pretty active. I'd like to set a rant league up for this year with another live draft (close to the end of september). I'll set it up tonight and post the info.

Any takers??

Okay everyone, I have set the league up on Yahoo. I've made it a 10 team league rather than the 8 we had last year because i think we can fill 10 this year for sure.

League Name - Rant Puckheads
League ID - 3770
League PW - rant06 (all lowercase if it matters)

Its a head-2-head league once again like last year. All should be the same except i changed points for PIM to points for short handed points. I thought PIM's are worthless in fantasy hockey, but let me know because i can always change it back. Please take a look at the settings and everything and let me know if you have any problems with anything at all.

Also, I set the draft up for Sept. 30th at 11am (est). We need to figure out a time that is good for everyone, and as soon as possible. Pretty much all sunday time slots are already filled up of course. So please post here what everyone thinks, are saturday mornings good for everyone??

Any input is good! Good luck everyone!!! (also, please don't sign up if you aren't going to follow all year)

I joined.I'll be at the airport at that time going back to Knoxville from working in Tampa that week.So,if it can be another Saturday,that would be better.

Which is better for everyone, week nights or a saturday??

Week nights for me otherwise I will probably use the auto draft but whatever everyone else wants is OK with me.

I signed up. If the draft is going to be at the end of september, saturdays before 4 o'clock are best.

I'll miss PIM, since it is always fun to get an enforcer or a multi talented forward like Bertuzzi. I'd love to keep PIM in the mix, i'd vote yes please.

Okay, PIM's are back. Doesn't really matter to me either way.

Also, Goat are saturdays good for you to draft as well?

As of right now, i've changed it to Sat. Sept. 16th @ 11:30am. It seems like everyone (sorry gunner) seems to be good on saturdays. I need to hear quickly if we need to change it... yahoo really limits the times you can draft.

Satan's Minions are in. Hopefully my ownage of the regular season will continue into the playoffs this year. Last thing I want is to get a reputation as a playoff choker like the real life Flyers.
