Thumbs down some picks members dont post ???
I know that I am new here and I hope I do not get slammed for making this statement, which may be more of a question. Oh well here it goes!

How come some of the picks of the week members do not post or have a post count of zero? I mean I thought that you have to be an active member on the site to participate. Maybe I am wrong for making such a statement, but if I was running the contest/site, I would make that a manditory

Seems to me that members like jmdgiants are just here to win the money and do not participate in discussions here, seems wrong to me

Sorry if this upsets the regulars!!!

Mike doesn't require the pick contestants to post. But it does suck that they do the contest and aren't active at all for sure. Hopefully one of our "regulars" here will win the contest.

This subject has been bandied about before. There are lots of lurkers out there. There may also be those who play more than once, but I am not sure that is supposed to happen. I just play for fun, don't even give my picks more than five minutes thought.

Mike should only pay out to "active members" but thats never gonna happen. I would hope he has a software to know if people are cheatin and having more than one user name to make their picks but then again thats not fool proof.

Hopefully a regular wins....I vote me.

but yes, including everyone should open the door for them to start posting. Its another strategy to get new members.
