New NHL power rankings
The top 7 and bottom 2 were easy. The rest of the teams were all really close together.
1. Buffalo (Preseason = 9). Records = 10-0-1. I wouldn't be surprised if Buffalo does what Ottawa did last year and leads the NHL in both goals for and goals against. Given the history of Buffalo sports, I... Full Article

Good list Satan... I was going to do one as well, but couldn't figure out where i wanted to rank anyone. So many of these middle teams (7th through 20th) are really so close. A good or bad week could move you around so much. The salary cap has really lead to parity in the NHL.
Also, the Flyers are better than Phoenix... but its impossible to argue between 29th and 30th place. Ugh.

If I was doing these today, I think I'd have to put Chicago last. How bad do you have to be to be shut out by the Flyers?

I agree.No NHL team is as bad as the Blackhawks right now.Only Boucher is keeping the score respectful.
