Define Sports

Okay this will be a little different! Can you really define sports

Is it an individual thing?
Is it a team thing?
Is it a guy thing?

Can you really define sports?

Dictionary.com defines it as:

Physical activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively.
An activity involving physical exertion and skill that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often undertaken competitively.
An active pastime; recreation.

But how do you define it!
