Brind'Amour lifts 'Canes past Rangers (AP)
Rod Brind'Amour wasn't wilted by the Carolina Hurricanes' long run to the Stanley Cup title. In fact, the gritty captain came back even stronger this season. Brind'Amour scored with 6:05 left in the third period to lift the Hurricanes to a 2-1 victory over the New York Rangers on Wednesday night....

i don't think it was a goal..i think it hit every post and came out....they never showed a slowed down replay of it....

I didn't get to see the "goal" since i didn't get to see much of the early hockey games. Didn't the refs go upstairs or Toronto to review it? I can't believe it was a questionable goal and they did nothing about it.

they didn't review it at all but the replay was so quick, you couldn't see it....1 replay though made me think it maybe never actually went in..but the announcers never said anything about it and the replay booth didn't look at it...

1. You just missed something in the replay and it was an obvious goal. 2. The officials really screwed up. With a close goal late in a game, you HAVE to take the 3 minutes to make sure it was in. I'd have to think that the announcers would have made a big deal of it if you were watching the Rangers broadcast.

i was watching the rangers broadcast...they showed the replay like 5 times but only one angle could you really see the whole shot and the direction it took...i'm sure it was goal...but i'm not satisfied till i'll see it
