Bradley's First Camp
ESPNsoccernet - US - Bradley names U.S. training camp roster
interesting mix of guys...pretty much all domestic players...which makes sense...get a chance to see some new guys in the mix...parkhurst and sacha kleaskdjfahtoivan could make a name for themselves towards the next world cup...should be interesting the lineup that comes from this |

Domestic players. Not the thread I was looking for to spark the return of Gunner.

Sweet... it will be cool to know many of the guys in camp and on their team this time around. Very different for me.
Parkhurst, Dempsey, Noonan, Reis, and Twellman... all from the Revs. I hope most make it. I don't see Noonan making it... but what are the odds of Reis being our goaltender??? |

1. gunny is gone for good it seems...back to britain as he failed his king in the takeover of the colonies
2. for awhile noonan was being brought into the camps..but he's never made an impact...i say this is his best shot at it....for parkhurst and guys like that..the sasha guy and even nate jacqua...this is the first step to playing a prominent role for this team....the old guys are gone just like in 1998...back then donovan, convey and beasley stepped up..its time they do the same... i thought they might bring in marvel wynne and freddy adu...surprised to not see them there...wynne cause of his speed and the need for outside backs and adu to start getting him ready for national team duty |

Yeah sorry about that but that special project had me with no computer and working overtime so the picks contest and everything else kind of got shoved into the background.
Anyways, I am still digesting this Bradley move for the USMNT, while I have no doubt that Bradley is a capable coach at least up to the MLS level I have serious concerns as to whether he is the right man to lead the National Team. I suppose the term interim reflects that US Soccer doesn't see him as the long term solution either. With Klinsmann now apparently out of the picture I am hoping that Sunil Gulati goes after Manchester United assistant Carlos Quieroz. |

LOL! Yeah, work is sort of more important than playing on the internet.
Sorry i can't comment on the coaching options here... i know nothing about pretty much all of them. Except that Steve Nichol RULES! I'm still trying to learn about all the players. |

congrats on being alive...your special project or as i like to call, your voyage back to england to inform the king of how the colonies are being run has taken you away for awhile...you missed arsenal losing to chelsea....
i agree with you on bradley...he should be temporary as he's not the final answer...i like how he's bringing in all the young players to give them a shot...should be good to see how they react after playing mexico in february... 110 points in the picks this week..hopefully jay sucked gunny is done |
