Bonds failed amphetamine test
How many tests can this guy fail and blame on other people?? Seriously, if this guy gets in the HOF and McGwire doesn't, it would be a joke.
When first informed of the positive test, Bonds attributed it to a substance he had taken from teammate Mark Sweeney's locker, the New York City newspaper said, citing several unnamed sources. BULL SHIT!! He monitors everything that goes into body... no way he just blindly takes something from someone elses locker. I want to know if Sweeney was tested... if he was clean than you know Bonds is lying. Unless Sweeney keeps amphetamines in his locker and not use them.  You know, kind of like how i leave cocaine around my house and car, but don't use it. Its kind of just for show. Bonds failed amphetamine test - MLB - Yahoo! Sports

And will MLB take action against Bonds......NO!
They'll wait until some unkown player named Julio Mohammmed Dumbrowski gets caught and make a big press confrence that there craking down and kicking this guy out of baseball.

I heard about this and just laughed, its unreal. I am so sick of the whole issue and with Bonds completely. Someone again tell me why these ILLEGAL drugs/enhancers/steroids/etc in sports are not enforced by the laws and police where these CRIMES take place??
Oh and Jay, damn you to hell, I thought that was baby powder, no wonder my ass stings so bad!

"Under baseball's amphetamines policy, which went into effect last season, players are not publicly identified for a first positive test. A second positive test for amphetamines results in a 25-game suspension. The first failed steroids test costs a player 50 games. Bonds did not appeal the positive test, according to the Daily News, which made him subject to six drug tests by MLB over the next six months."
well if he it did before the policy went into effect, then by baseball standards...he did nothing wrong....and he was caught the first time...so all he had to do was take drug tests for 6 months....seems he never tested positive again or he would been suspended 25 games

Were amphetimines not illegal before the policy was in place, or did they just change the policy?

Well he did do something wrong, he tested positive, wasn't publically named, and didn't do it again so he wouldn't get suspended.

illegal or not...baseball policy states the name wont be publicly announced...how many people smoked pot in there lives and failed a drug test...then never failed one again cause they stopped?? it happens...
