Oh brother.Are you saying the NFL owners are passing up black candidates for lesser qualified white candidates? Or you saying NFL owners should hire more blacks even if they find a more qualified white person?
I've got an idea.It's Martin Luther Kings's too.I think you need to study this
and get off your "color of your skin" bandwagon.We are all one people.MLK spoke of equality based on character not advantages gained by skin color.

I just wish we as a people could get past skin color.
If Marc wants to come out and accuse the NFL of discrimination,then he should do so.
If he wants a quota system in the NFL front office,then shouldn't there be one on the field? Of course not. The best person for the job should be hired.End of story.
If this is not happening,then let's come out with it and bring
the guilty parties to justice.

i just don't like the fact that marc basically is blowing off how important the gm position is...if it was such an easy job...anybody would do it and they'd pay you 20k a year
