fyi for jay or anyone who cares....teams are supposedly limited to the number of foreign players they can have on there team....by kaka getting italian citizenship...it takes him out of being a foreign player and opens a spot up for them to use it on someone else...ronaldinho just did that for barcelona and now has spanish citizenship

this is actually something i have heard of. But aren't there exceptions to that "limit"? Some teams have an aweful lot of foreign players it seems.
