2007 NHL Moves
Figured its about that time. GM Meetings have started and the deadline is only about a week away. There is all kinds of buzz around about certain players and teams. It could be a very interesting next week.

1st, sucks for fantasy people, but Huet is out for the rest of the regular season......

No prob... as you can see there are 200 different things being thrown out there. Probably 4 of those will actually happen. lol

IMO, spectors is the best one because he gets stuff from everywhere. His rumors are all legit rumors (ie, he didn't just make shit up).

Yeah waaayyy to much to post. I hate the shit rumors, I'll stick to spectors mostly I guess. I wonder if Forsberg will be the only Flyers move, though I'd have to imagine they will try to be active if only to free up money.

I could be wrong, but i don't believe NHL teams can do that. I'm not even sure where i can find that... but i think i remember teams having to take on the current contracts.

About $3mil for Calder this season, but i believe he's a UFA after this year. So any team who takes him would only pay a small fraction of that amount. If the season is 8 months long, a team would only have to pay around $1.125mil of that for the rest of the year.
