Wow,the Avs have really turned it on. Hope it's not to little too late.

Its going to be interesting for sure. IMO, the top 7 are locked in (but can change positions) and the bottom 6 are locked out. So that really only leaves the Wild and Avs to battle for the 8th spot. I think the Wild goaltending will be enough to fight of the Avs.

Yeah,hopefully Manny comes back strong. So far,not a very impressive year
out of him prior to the injury,especially on the road.

I think he will be fine because of the defense he has in front of him. Even with the injuries and two goalies playing, only 4 teams give up less goals than the Wild do. And they have gotten a pretty nice boost on offense with Gaborik coming back.

He is playing well over the last handful of games... but can he keep it up? He's only 24, so maybe he's finally getting to where he wants to be. I guess time will tell, and there are a few Wild/Avs games coming up as well.
