I don't mean to be rude, and i do feel bad for him about what happened. I wouldn't wish it on anyone, outside of Tucker. But lets face it, Moore was a boarderline NHL player before this happened. Doesn't he realize why he is skating on his own? If this happened to Crosby, the Pens would be making sure he's recovering as quickly as possible.

Moore's contract with the Avalanche expired after the 2003-04 season and has had minimal contact with the organization since.
