Hancock Results
Police: Cardinals' Hancock was drunk at time of fatal accident< - MLB - Yahoo! Sports
unfortunately police have come to the conclusion that he was intoxicated .157, nearly twice the legal limit....they also found 8.55 grams of pot in his car...and said he was on the phone at the time of the accident...they recreated the accident and said he was doing 68 in a 55 and there is no evidence he hit the brakes...just that he tried to swerve to late.. either way this is still a real shame....but being drunk, possibly high and on the phone while driving probably wasn't the smartest idea even if he did all the time...

Its amazing how they can recreate the whole thing and come up with those conclusions. But nevertheless, probably wasn't smart of him to be drunk and on the phone while driving.

Damn, thats kind of what i expected. Not often do you hear sober people crashing into parked tow trucks on the side of the road... well not hard enough to kill themselves that is.

well in the article it says the truck was in the left lane...he pulled up behind the car to help out and kinda protect the car from other traffic...he obviously didn't see it
