Worst NHL uniforms, historically.

I am not sure that we have had this topic before, so I will bring it up. My vote has to go to this gem from the Vancouver Canucks in the 1970's.

The Nucks seem to always have about the worst one.
Really hate ths Sabres slug,Isles Grotons Fisherman,Canes,and Thrashers.

Well, again, as someone who doesn't know much about the history of hockey, i can only speak of more recent times. And yes, some of the garbage the Sabres come up with has been horrible. And the Preds puke color jerseys are horrible as well.

Don't really like any of the Preds colors but odly I like the the mustard the best. But it's gone now anyway.

Isles Grotons Fisherman . . . What are you talking about? That's the best one for the Isles. Whenever the Isles score a major goal in the playoff, fans can start the tradition of tossing a mackerel onto the ice.

gotta agree with Shane - those canuck 'v' uni's were probably the worst jersey in ANY sport, let alone hockey. And their first uniforms weren't so great either - I mean how long did it take their designer to come up with the logo of a hockey stick in rectangle? Oh well, their uniforms match their talent - brutal!

Yes not only did Daryl Sittler have to toil with that Flyers sweater he also had to wear cooperalls, blech!

Correctamundo, Rusty, Flyers and the Whalers were the only NHL teams to wear the cooperalls, although a buncha colleges wore them.

Wow, those Flyers uni's are pretty bad... but far from the worst ever.

And I forgot Sittler went to the Flyers after the Leafs... I was only like 3 when he went there however.

the canucks are probably the worst. those flyer pants though are something awful. not a big fan of the senators either.
