Can Parcells turn the Cowboys around!
He may be just another puppet. He will make a lot of money but Dallas needs a lot more than just a good head coach. Emmitt needs to go and they need to draft a quarterback!!!

Given time, anyone could turn he Cowboys around. with a little luck in the draft and maybe one or two good free agents, they should make it big again.
