Bill What Is Boston Thinking
So I am sure that you heard about the possible 4 team trade that is getting ready to happen between LA, Boston, Indiana, and Minnesota.
All the teams seem to be getting an fair deal, but what about the Celtics Bill, WTF are they thinking > Jermaine O'Neil > what is that all about! IS Danny Ainge smoking crack!! |

Big deal trade in which Boston would be screwed besides picks I beleive....and why would KG want to go to the Lakers, Kobe has already stated he doesn't care who they bring in he still wants out.
So if Kobe goes...and this deal is done...KG would walk onto a team with no Kobe, Odom, or Bynum...eh well its the NBA I guess. |

I have no idea what Ainge and his boys are thinking. For the last three years they have been saying that the young players are the future of the team, now with some of them starting to develop into their potentials these morons want to mortage what future they have for short term solution that will at best bring a first round playoff elimination.
Bwtween the Celtics and the Bruins I can's decide which team is more inept. |

Yes Gunny, you may have a point there. I remember the Buc's back when they were a team to reckon with. I wasn't a big fan of the late 70's teams but really liked the early 70's group, the Lumber Company boys.
It is a shame in any city, Pittsburg, Kansas cIty, Milwaukee for example where ownership doesn't really care about winning and then blame their problems on the fans. |

the celtics are much worse off than the B's....for now. I'm just glad Im not a huge basketball fan...or I would be angry but I could care less now. They arent going to do anything constructive for a while.

I'm not sure I see how the Celtics are worse off than the Bruins. Right now I see them equally bad. Neither team has a real long term plan in place although both will tell you they do. They make reactive decisions. The Celtics seem to think that the Pierce era can be salvaged, it cannot. The Bruins seem to think that they are only a player or two away, they are not.

How about the new trade with seattle?
Boston gets Ray Allen & #35 for #5(Jeff Green) Delonte West, and Wally Szczerbiak to Seattle... And on the note of the sixers Jason Smith for Daquan Cook, 09 2nd, and cash... I really don't like the Sixers draft at all, capped off by a Finnish guy that gets to just sit there in Finland for at least 2 years before hell get a call up. If I had to pick a winner of the 1st round its Seattle... Durant @#2, Jeff Green @ #5, Delonte West, Wally off the bench, AND the cap space to re-sign Rashard Lewis. If they were in the East they'd be #4 seed. In the West, 2 years away from the #5. So, is it too late to be a Hot-lanta fan??? |

well yeah, but look at what you got in return, Ray Allen and Vin Baker JR, Glen Davis, who just sprained his ankle. i mean really what could you do with the 5th pick?
Besides the atlantic is such a joke if pierce stays healthy all year you have a shot at the division. So enjoy the first round of the playoffs. |
