A team source has told ESPN's Ed Werder that San Francisco 49ers starting quarterback Alex Smith is seeking a second opinion from Dr. James Andrews after preliminary MRI results performed at Stanford indicated he appears to have suffered a serious injury

Yeah that was a gamble pick..could either pay off BIG or be shit like it has been.
However Dilfer still has to be pissed that the Ravens dumped his ass after winning them a super bowl...maybe he'll come out looking like Marino for just this one game, lol. I must say besides Addai and Westbrook (whos frickin hurt) most backs this year have been very lackluster especially the studs leading into the year.

i have 5 rb's on my team and this past weekend 1 played and 4 were out with injuries...sick

Ouch that sucks...I feel ya I am an injury nightmare in fantasy football.
St. Louis Rams = CRAP NO one is good on that team this year Bulger, Holt, Bruce, Bennett, McMicheal, hell even Wilkins sucks...pathetic.
