I almost bought season ticket for these guys two months ago. I wanted to buy a 1/2 season package. They wouldn't do it, it had to be a full season or nothing. I was told I had to wait a month before they had the packages ready and priced. The agents name was Charlie, so I said to to him, "hey Charlie I've got my credit card in my hand right now and I'm ready to buy, next month I may feel differently". He didn't care. I asked for a supervisor, he said it didn't matter they would not sell me a partial package. He called me back a month later and wanted to sell me whatever package I wanted. I told hi to go shit in his hat. he called me every week for the next three weeks and I told him no each time. I wonder if Charlie will call me next year.

I can see that they need to sell the full packages first,but they should have at least taken your info and made the sale but held it for release until they did go on sale,sort of meeting you half way at least.
