Here here Mr. W! Good article - the ONLY suspect thing Wyoming's coach did was guarantee the win - while such guarantees sometimes work and fire up your own team, they just as often backfire by laying down a challenge to your upcoming opponent and making that coach's job much easier, because you've fired up his team for him. IMHO, trying an onside kick when you already have a huge lead is absolutely unsportsmanlike and far more offensive to my sensibilities than flipping the finger to the team that does it. But more importantly - it's all related to sports and sports are about physical execution, dedication, teamwork and EMOTION. Our politically correct society has gone so far now that we're trying to wipe true emotions from even sports. That is the sad part of the story.
