No week 7 Prize, but week 8

This may piss some of you off but there is no prize for this week, I am out of stuff at the moment and cannot provide one. I am sorry to say this but that is just the way it has to be!

BUT

for week 8 the prize to the winner will be a cusom pool cue from their favorite NFL team and you can check them out here:

they are at the bottom of that page and if you do not like these then you can go to pooldawg.com and pick your own out at the same or lower price. In the event of a tie for week 8, then it will be rescheduled and given out at a later date

And I'll bet you picked the Patriots like everyone else who thought they were unbeatable and that the Steelers were not an elite team in the NFL.

Yeah cause I was GONE from this site for 6 months. Hell if I'm a fair weather fan. Been a Steeler fan all my life, good times and bad. Still cursed at the TV when they lost to the Ravens in the final week to finish 6-10 even though they were out of the playoff hunt. It's the same thing with Pirates baseball. Sure I get upset when they lose still, even after 12 straight losing seasons. That takes a lot, to still be a fan of a team that hasn't known winning since I was 9 years old. And yes I do go to the ballpark to watch the Pirates sometimes when I am home from school for the summer. And I would go to Steeler games too if I wasn't 5 hours away at college during football season. When they re-did the site I lost my avatar, which I believe was the Miami University (Ohio) RedHawk. Seeing as the Steelers had a down year, why shouldn't I have gotten excited about my college team, who finished 13-1? Now it's the other way around, so instead of having an avatar of the helmet of some mediocre college team in a small conference, I chose the Steelers helmet. Which doesn't mean I don't still support the RedHawks.

Broncos - Atlanta was 0-10-1 last 11 AFC road games
Vikings

These 5 cost me. If i can't choose I normally go with home team.
