No way he plays in '09. Goodell has yet to 'punish' Vick, that could come after his stay ala Tank Johnson.
Also, what about the state charges that are now being brought against him?

Oh yeah,forgot about that. Wonder when the NFL will do that. Although will they really suspend him for a longer time than what is jail sentance was?

No probablly not, but would not be suprised to see a year come down from the NFL. He'll be 29 in June of 2009, out of the league for at a mininum of 2 years and out of shape altogether. I know that teams will give him a shot, but I truly believe we've seen the last of Vick in the NFL.
