Anyone who was on rantchaos (wow, remember that one?) will remember this thread. This is something I used to do with the kids. Instead of the usual "how was your day" "fine", "what did you do" "nothing" conversations, we all had to tell the highest and lowest parts of our day, thus developing our dialogue.

High: I got carded for alcohol (hey, I am almost 36, that's a big deal)

Low: My girl has to have surgery
