Gaelic steak, soda bread, Guinness, and Irish whiskey on the menu at my house tonight.
Corned beef tastes like ass, and isn't even Irish food. |

Oh man, I love corned beef. I just like it plain. I have had it prepared with all kinds of spices to where it does taste bad.

The proper way to celebrate is to head to O'Neills tonight and try to woo a wee Irish lass with a some Guiness, a shot of Jameson and a bit of the blarney.

I ate some dinner last night at least. Might try to eat some lunch today, not sure yet. Liver seems to be okay... but i'm not ready to put more booze into it yet.
