Dumb. So their name is covered... its not hurting anything. Sure, in the grand scheme of things, its not a huge deal to have a few guys get hair cuts. But why bother. You are probably only talking about a handful of guys anyway.

they aren't saying you need to cut your hair..you just have to tuck it into your helmet...i stand firmly behind the belief that they are just bored and need something to do

Its funny how you can pull someone down by the hair but not by the collar of their jersey, basically the same action and could result in the same injury that started the Roy Williams in the first place.
