This fool gets arrested for getting a DUI early Monday morning and RELEASED at the scene! WTF is up with that.


Police say the Denver Nuggets forward was arrested early Monday on Interstate 25. He was pulled over for weaving and failing to dim his lights.

Detective Sharon Hahn says Anthony failed a series of sobriety tests. He was ticketed and released at the scene, but Hahn does not know how he got home

Typically you don't get cited for that, but its certainly an excuse for the cops to pull you over.

I guess that could be possible. I'll tell you this! The only reason they let him go is because the Nuggets are close to making the playoffs and they (the cops) did not want to arrest him and take the chance that they may loose to memphis on Wednesday night and loose their 8th seed.

Still, to be stupid enough to get a DUI at this point in the season with so much hanging on the line, he is a dumbass

what if its one of those cases where they arrest him and then the blood alcohol level comes back within range...didn't that happen to a football player recently?
