Avery out as Mavs General

Mavs and Avery Johnson have 'parted ways'.

Not all that suprised by this, and it is probable that he requested it.

Maybe Cuban will ask Nelie to come back, lol

I am glad that Avery is out, he will get another job with an owner that knows his talents. Cuban is a prick in my opinion

IMO Avery lost this team last year. You cannot constantly yell and continue to be heard.
Reports are now that at the beginingof these playoffs, Avery specifically said "NO PARTYING". Then they go to N.O. and guys are reported to be out WELL into the night, then before game 4 Josh Howard passed out flyers TO HIS OWN BIRTHDAY PARTY in the Mavs locker room. Days later, when Avery found out, he went nuts, asked who had gone to the party, x number of guys stood up and Avery canceled practice the day after they got their asses handed to them on their on court.
