Clinton wants to fight right up until the end and I don't hold that against her. We are always looking for the candidate with "fire in the belly" and she has it. As of now I have not seen Obama display any real fire at all. He is awaiting a coronation and she is going to make him fight for it. That is good. It is how it should be.

As a true fencesitter, I think that it may already be too late. The inability of the Democratic party to choose and be focused on the office as opposed to one another may once again cost them the Presidency.
Bush should have been ousted 4 years ago, but the lack of anything resembling a candidate by the Democratic Party left the country to re-up him. If there were ever a time that the Democrats SHOULD be able to walk up and clean house, this SHOULD be it. Unfortunately, it won't be. Look at it this way Bil... it's like winning 18 games but losing the SuperBowl. |

I think the issue is more complex than the inital outlook. We do want a candidate with fire in her belly, however she is wasting Dem resources staying in the fight. Rush asked Indiana Reps to vote for Hil to keep the primary's going and wear down Obama.

And they won't, they are spending a ton of money pointing out why the other one isn't as good a candidate as they are, wouldn't be as bad if they stayed focused on why they are better than the other.
The Republicans will be more than happy to sit back, allow the negativity to pile up and allow the democrats to provide ammo for their little spin machine. I can't stand Hillary now as she comes off as the most insinscere candidate I can remember, she always says whatever it is she thinks we want to hear, crys when it helps, dodges sniper fire when it helps, gets named after someone who became famous years after she was born....... ech, between her now wanting florida and michigan back after she fucking agreed to have the results tossed out (back when she thought she had the nomination locked and it would've looked bad to try to get more votes) she now wants the people in those two shithole states who knew damn well what they were doing when they voted "to have a voice". Well fuck her, and fuck them. The old white man wins in 08, as it has always been. |

If it wasn't for the lies, bitching, flip flopping on issues, and mud slinging, she could easily have won the nomination. Well,I guess that would have meant her getting a fronal labotamy, but still. |

All the candidates and nearly every politician is a liar and a fraud which is obvious to the most all Americans. It matters not who wins in reality, nothing will change without real government reform.
I think it will be funny when the Hillary finally bows out and becomes Obama's running mate, that'll just chap all your asses ha ha. |

True, but Hillary does it in a way that's so obvious that it insults my intelligence.
For example the gas taxes. Her plan was to give us a break on federal gas taxes and make the oil companues pay. Of course the oil companies would pass this tax back to the consumer in the form of higher prices thus washing out any savings.Obvious, right? Yet she thinks people aren't going to figure that out. |

I did miss it, but a "fire in the belly" is not a sporadic thing. We will see as time goes on how he reacts not only to the Clinton tactics but(if he is actually nominated) how the Republican attack affects him. We will also learn more about McCain(who has never made it to the general election). He has always had an anger managment issue and if the Democrats are true to form they will try to take advantage of it. A truly angry McCain is really a sight to see.

To me this "fire in the belly" is nothing more than ego gratification. She wants power.
Her motivation is not for the right reasons. |

How could you go through all that and not really want it.
I think she wanted it too bad to the point where she became unethical and it's going to cost her. |
