Hinchcliffe wins Atlantic Race at Laguna Seca (AP)
Canadian James Hinchcliffe raced to his second career Atlantic victory Sunday, beating Carl Skerlong by 2.391 seconds in the Monterey Festival of Speed at Laguna Seca Raceway. Hinchcliffe, driving the No. 3 Forsythe/Pettit Racing machine, won for the first time since the 2006 event in Portland, Ore.
