NASCAR came down hard on the crew chiefs and car chiefs for drivers Scott Riggs and Johnny Sauter, levying six-race suspensions on each team for altering the rear wings of their Chevrolets at last weekend's Coca-Cola 600 at Lowe's Motor Speedway.
