Buchberger rejoins Oilers as assistant (AP)
Former Oilers enforcer Kelly Buchberger rejoined Edmonton on Wednesday as an assistant coach on Craig McTavish's staff. Buchberger was Edmonton's captain for four seasons, winning Stanley Cups with the team in 1987 and '90. The 41-year-old Buchberger spent last season as coach of the Springfield Falcons, the Oilers' American Hockey League affiliate.
