It's ridiculous for it to last 3 hours. They need to eliminate the rounds. Whoever hits the most wins. Maybe have more guys participate to make up for the extra rounds.

lastly and this is for nick..on espn 141 for xm there was some show on yesterday...2 guys do it and there name escapes me...this week they are doing an auction all on dallas shit...i'm sure its super expensive so steal one of your cars and sell it on the side...some of the auctions were golf with tony romo and dell harris followed by dinner at dell harris's mansion...another was lunch with michael irvin and 2 other former cowboys...another was a luxury box for 20, 4 parking passes and field passes for batting practice at a rangers game...another was tickets to a stars game and dinner with someone...there were more as well...you should try to find that and see how much all that goes for

Hamilton was a beast but blew his load early. I really don't mind that it lasts that long what else is there really going on. It was an odd derby, not your prototypical power guys mostly in the race. Howard would have been a fun lefty to see do the derby in Yankee stadium.

Funny comment from Chase, a guy who really avoids the media at all costs and is typically soft spoken, glad he didn't hit the least. I did notice though that he did not want to change his swing to swing for the fences at all or damage his game so he seemed happy with whatever he got doing what he does.

I also think the Phils should sign Counsil (or whatever Hamilton's pitchers name was) and replace the fucking putride Adam Eaton.
