I think 6th is very generous actually. They got hot, and played over their heads in the playoffs... lets not forget they weren't that good all year. And they got worse from last season to this season. Losing Strahan, Gibril Wilson and others, I don't see how they can "get hot" again like last season. I wouldnt' be suprised at all to see the Giants finish 3rd or even 4th in the NFC East this season.

I'm willing to bet anyone, anything, that the Giants are not a top 6 team in the NFL this year. Hell, i'm telling you right now, they will not be in the playoffs this year.

Before even reading it, my simple answer is, that was one of the worst teams I've every seen win a super bowl.

Jay's thoughts on the team and their play last year pretty much echo mine, however I don't think they will be as bad as he is implying.

Not sure about the playoffs and really too soon to even venture a guess on O they really haven't lost much and their D is what won them the super bowl and most of the games towards the back end of the year, I'd have to look at what they lost vs what they gained to really make an educated guess. The NFC East should be pretty darn tough this year.

In all seriousness, I think that Dallas is the favorite for the East, philly second and ny and wash fighting for third. I think that wash is still a year or two away from being a scary team. Though I don't like the signing of Taylor.

I think you HAVE to have the Cowboys as the early favorite in the East. And then who knows with the rest of the 3 teams.

Yeah well the Falcons don't deserve to be ranked lower than a team that only one 1 game all freaking season. Where's the outrage over that travesty on the power rankings!!!!
