Born and raised a southern girl now residing in south Florida. My husband and I just recently relocated our fitness Studio, GOfitness, to a new, larger location in Stuart, Florida. My motivation to stay in great shape has always been in hopes of inspiring others, especially mothers. I am the proud mother of three teenagers...well, somedays...haha. Teens can be very trying!
