Now I understand that George Mitchell has the backing of Commissioner Bud Selig but does that give him the right to ask for the medical records of past and current players, no it does not. Why would he publicly as for them in the first place. Medical records are one of those items that, to me, should be private and should not be placed into the public's eyes.
Mitchell has no right to ask for these and I understand that the players association is going along with this, but ultimately Palmero and Sosa will have to give their consent and allow Mitchell to look at the records
For this reason, I nominate George Mitchell as JAOW
