This ass was a standout at Nebraska, so much so that he was drafted 6th overall by the Rams. He was trouble from the start. Now he rams his car into a group of teenages who argued with him during a pickup football game. This jackass drove his car onto the field and tried to run the boys down, we are talking about 16-17 year olds. No matter what T.O. has done or any other Jackass, this guy wins it hands down.
This is the same guy that ended the career of Steve Young when the San Franciscon 49ers were playing a Monday night game in Arizona and he just stood in the backfield and missed Aeneas Williams, who proceeded to flatten Young and knock him out cold.
He was also already wanted on domestic violence! Police had been seeking the 30-year-old Phillips since earlier this month for allegedly attacking his girlfriend twice, once choking her into unconsciousness.
