The NBA (David Stern and Co.) win this weeks jackass of the week for fining Mark Cuban, Dallas Mavericks owner, for his antics the other night. Now I have no problem with the NBA fining someone at all. I just think that $ 200,000.00 is just TOO MUCH. This is a complete crock if you ask me
